This is a program for increasing your athletes' vertical jump - an important ability in any sport involving jumping: basketball, volleyball, football (receivers, defensive ends etc), and of course high jumpers!

The program appears to be physiologically sound and covers all the bases, including stretching, warmup nutrition, jumping technique and a complete day to day workout schedule, with techniques illustrated by video. You can also ask questions by email and receive an answer within 24 hours.  It employs a combination of text and video.
