Dick Moss, Editor, PE Update.com

Many athletes travel to competitions and assume they'll be able to purchase appropriate foods at the event.

A smart option is for athletes to put together their own travel snack-pack, filled with high-carbohydrate foods they enjoy and can easily digest.

On the pdf version of this article (members only...sorry), is a copy-ready shopping list you can give to your athletes to help them assemble their own travel nutrition pack.
