Here's a great way to improve school spirit and create a great fan experience at one of your games. Organize a School Spirit Say, with attendance at one of your games as the highlight of the event.

How to Organize
Announce the School Spirit Contest, in which classes compete against each other using the following criteria:

The best-dressed class.
The high proportion of students wearing team colors
The best school cheer (encourage classes to create their own).

The award can be a framed certificate that will reside in the class homeroom or the school trophy case. A printable certificate is provided in the PDF version of this article. Download it and print it on colored paper and place in an inexpensive frame for the best effect.

At the end of the school day, encourage students to attend your game while still wearing their school-color clothing. School cheers will be performed during the game and the winning class can be awarded during half-time.

Result
The result will be a gym full of fans, all wearing school colors and screaming team cheers at the top of their lungs. It will provide great support for your team and should be so much fun that the students will attend future games.
