Fitness: YouTube Fitness Channel Combines Home-Based Exercise & Contemporary Art

Dick Moss

If you're looking for a unique home exercise program that combines fitness and the arts, check out this YouTube channel by Kerry MacKelvie and her husband, Shane O'Brien.

Both competitive track athletes in their day (actually, Kerry still races as a Masters athlete), Kerry has a PhD in Kinesiology and works as a community health consultant. Shane is an art dealer. Together, they've developed a home fitness channel in which each exercise is performed in front of a different work of contemporary art.

Their channel's whimsical tag line: "Have you ever asked: Why isn't there more contemporary art in my workouts? No? Anyway, here you go."

Click the link below to heck out their channel - it's called "Top of the Hill Fitness." Oh, and it's free
