Blog: How Norman Harris Wrote "He Called on it All"

In our latest blog, we reveal the writing process behind one of the most powerful passages in running literature: the description of New Zealand miler Jack Lovelocks's finishing kick to win the 1936 Olympic 1500m in Berlin. This passage was written by Norman Harris in his biography of Lovelock called "The Legend of Lovelock" (1964).
