Track/XC: Reproducible Pace Charts/Split Charts for Running Workouts & Races

Dick Moss, Editor, Physical Education Update.com

Unless you're a math savant, calculating splits for running workouts can be a chore. So, to make this task easier, I've produced split charts for the most commonly run workout intervals and races distances, up to 5 kilometres.

You can download the charts as Microsoft Excel documents from PE Update website at the following link. Opening these documents in Excel will allow you to manipulate the charts to display the information you want and print the way you prefer.

There are three pages of charts. They're formatted to print from my standard inkjet printer (Epson Stylus CX6600). You may have to reformat slightly for your own printer.
