Yahoo - high school track season is here and our city is hosting three major events, including the Ontario High School Championships - it's a biggie, with over 2200 athletes descending on our track at Laurentian University here in Sudbury. In honour of the season, PE Update has posted several track-related articles, including one on the correct hand angle for relay exchanges and a motivational video that will get your runners pumped up for their championship season.
