Equipment: How to Make Juggling Balls for Physical Education Class

Dick Moss, Editor, Physical Education Update

Old tennis balls have many uses. For example, you can cut them in half and make field markers out of them. See:
Markers From Tennis Balls

You can also turn old tennis balls into excellent juggling balls. Just cut a hole in the balls then fill the inside with rice or sand. Duct tape over the hole and you're ready to juggle!

The balls will have a nice hefty feel to them and won't bounce away when dropped.
