Physical Education Tips of the Week #46
May 22, 2008
This week's article additions included a humorous physical education poem, an article on a way to avoid low serves in tennis, and a fun activity called geocaching that will make walking more fun. How about free stuff? This newsletter also provides links to videos that provide instruction for whiffleball pitching. There's a link to the weekly blog, in which I provide information on the effect of teenage exercise on adult breast cancer. And finally, the Free Pick of the Week is the poem by Dr. Jim Riley that describes an encounter with two girls who attempt to avoid running in physical education class. This newsletter is free, but most of the content on the website is for members-only, including instructional videos, the discussion group, almost 2000 articles that you can read, print and email... and much more.
