The Blind and Drag drill can be used with wrestlers of any age. It employs their basic abilities to position themselves, move, change levels and penetrate.
How to Perform
In this drill, Wrestler A covers Wrestler B's eyes with his left hand, prompting B to use his right hand to push A's hand out of his face.
This gives A the opportunity to reach into B's exposed right armpit area and pull his arm down in an arm drag—while simultaneously changing his own level downward. He then performs a leg trip.
Your wrestlers should be ready to lower their level and move in for the trip as soon as their opponents extend their hand in front of their face.
