Reproducibles/Fitness: Why Fitness Homework? An Introduction to the Worksheet Series

Reproducibles/Fitness: Why Fitness Homework? An Introduction to the Worksheet Series

Kyle Krupa and the PE Staff at Mattawoman MS

Kyle Krupa and the members of the physical education staff at Mattawoman Middle School in Waldorf, Maryland, have created a series of homework worksheets for their students.

They've produced 28 worksheets in all, and it's an admirable body of work that they would like to share with their colleagues through PE Update. The worksheets cover a variety of fitness topics and each assignment includes a fitness activity that parents must supervise (and hopefully participate in).

Thanks to Mr. Krupa and his fellow teachers at Mattawoman Middle School!!
