Wrestling: The Arm Turk
The arm turk is an effective technique for putting opponents on their back when your wrestler is on top.
How to Perform
Moving to the side of the opponent, your wrestler reaches beneath the near leg and grasps the far leg. With the other arm, he reaches over the near shoulder.
With the near shoulder and far leg trapped, your wrestler lifts and drives forward, putting the opponent on his back.
