Other Sports: Towel Snapping Teaches the Frisbee Throw

Brant Jones

To teach your students how to throw a Frisbee, get some old bandannas or towels and let them practice “popping” the wall. I use the example of popping your friends' behind with a wet towel at the pool during the summer.

This wrist action is exactly the same motion as in a correct frisbee throw. Try it, and all your students will be able to throw correctly in no time.
