1. Editor's Note

Well, you've made it through January 18th, otherwise known as "Blue Monday" - the most depressing day of the year. In fact, Blue Monday was invented by "Sky Travel" as a way to convince sun-deficient people to travel to warmer climes. But the Blue Monday concept is correct about one thing…the days are getting perceptibly longer here in Canada, so 2010's most depressing day must surely have already passed. Enough rambling. Back to the serious business of making fitness fun!
